Return & Refund Policy

Introduction

We are so appreciative of your business and we thank you for buying art at Randy G Barney Photography.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns below.

Once an order is received, the artwork is specifically printed according to the order request. We do not keep a warehouse of inventory; accordingly, we have the following return policy intended to protect both parties.

Returns

We understand that things happen…

  • The print doesn’t fit the area
  • The colors do not match your setting
  • Or maybe, it’s not the feel you were hoping for

Therefore, Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. The following terms apply:

Shipping Damage

If the package arrives with damage, please take photos and or videos of the damaged packaging before opening. If there is not obvious product damage, continue to open the package, and document with photos as you proceed.

  • If the image is damaged from the shipping incident, please reach out to us immediately via email at randy@randygbarney.com. Subject Line: Damage – Order #.
  • Include your pictures in the email. You must provide evidence for a claim to be made.
  • Arrangements will be made to replace the damaged artwork.
  • We will make a claim with the shipping company using your evidence.
  • Please keep the artwork and existing packaging safe while awaiting further instructions from us.

Creator’s Defects

For printing defects that affect either the quality of the image or the material that the image is printed on:

  • Please take a photo or video of the issue and email to randy@randygbarney.com. Subject Line: Defect – Order #
  • Once the defect is confirmed, Randy G Barney Photography will arrange to replace or refund the image.
  • A shipping label will be provided for you to return the defective image.

Changed Your Mind

Please contact us at randy@randygbarney.com with your request to return or exchange. Subject Line: Return – Order #

Returns:

  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs
  • Image must be in new, unaltered, undamaged condition
  • A shipping address will be provided for your return shipping
  • Upon receipt and verification of new condition, a refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without the actual receipt of the image

Exchanges:

Let us know in your email, your thoughts and we may initiate a phone call so we can better assist you.

  • You will be under the same obligations as above with Returns, but we can have a conversation about the cost of shipping

Conclusion

Returns and Exchanges CANNOT Be Accepted After 14 Days From Delivery Date
